When it comes to ancient instruments: I can't play any. I love the sound of bands. Bagpipes, flutes, harps and drums sound even better when woven together. As for myself, I started out on guitar, but I'm a bass man through and through. I bought an acoustic electric bass. It is my favorite instrument. I always wanted to play in a folk band with it. I'd go nuts for a chance to play my bass accompanied with traditional instruments. Give me some folks with folk instruments, and I'll throw in the low end!
