Hi everyone! I thought this might be the place for a question. Would a friendly Welsh speaker possibly provide me with the Welsh (Middle Welsh would be awesome, but Modern is fine if not) translation for the words 'great dark'? I know what the words are individually but don't want to muck up the grammar or mutations side of things. Thank you. Hope everyone is doing well.

Annua Tywyll or tywyllwch mawr would be the most colloquial translation (but do you need the definite article - Y Twyllwch Mawr?) . 'Gwyll' is a more literary word for darkness and 'mawr' could be intensified -: '[Y] Gwyll Dirfawr' or '[Y] Gwyll Enfawr' 'The Vast or Immense Darkness'. Depends on the context really.
