I have (perhaps rather foolishly) agreed to organise and lead a Brythonic style Beltane, or Gwyl Beli Mawr celebration for my university's Pagan society. I have some ideas including Mayflower decoration (if such can be found), mead, storytelling, feasting and a proession between two fires and some amusingly shaped loaves of bread.
Would anyone like to suggest any additional elements to include?

to be honest if you are organising a group event for people of differing religious outlooks - this sounds ideal, keep it simple; incorporate some themes and dont try to overcomplicate it.

Maybe a potluck type deal. Everybody likes food! You're pretty good with what you got, though, it sounds like fun.
