Radagast's update to the Brythonic deities list has led me to realise we no longer have that on the website and it would be good to republish it, perhaps updated.
I've come up with a couple of lists of Iron Age/Romano-British and Welsh deities. Can anyone think of any more? Do you think we should try to add a few sentences about the ones we know?
Iron Age/Romano-British
Abandinus Alauna Alator Ambactonos Andraste Anextiomarus Anteno-Citicus Arecurius Arnemetia Belatucadros Belisama Belenos Braciaca Brigantia Camulos Clota Cocidius Condatis Coventina Epona Grannus Latis Lenumius Lugus Magusanus Mamm Maponos Matunus Matrona Mogons Nantosuelta Nemetona Nodens Ocelus Ogmios Ratis Rigantona Rigonemetis Rosmerta Sabrina Saitada Setlocenia Sirona Sucellos Sulis Taranis Totates Verbeia Vindos Vinotonus Vitiris Vitionos Vosegus
Welsh
Afallach Amaethon Arawn Arianrhod Beli Mawr Blodeuwedd Branwen Bran Creiddylad Don Elen Euroswydd Gofannon Greidol Gwydion Gwyn ap Nudd Gwythyr ap Greidol Hafgan Lleu Llaw Gyfes Llyr Mabon Manawydan Math Modron Nudd/Lludd Llaw Eraint Penarddun Rhiannon

Looks good.I'm afraid I have been unable to find much about the 3 I mentioned other than a few bits and bobs you can find by Googling. It is not even clear whether Braciaca is a god or goddess!

There's certainly a lot there, perhaps we could include some names of local deities (historically attested) e.g. Goddess of the River Irwell- Mamm, Goddess of the River Ribble- Belisama. Or general River God Abandinus, you already have Condatis- confluence god, Abnoba, goddess of rivers, Clota- Goddess of the River Clyde and more. Vosegus- God of Vosges Mountains, local hill gods. In addition to pan-celtic ones.

I'm unaware of the names of other two gods, but Braciaca reminded me of Bracae (Celtic Trousers as recorded by the Romans) primarily worn by men but women may well have worn trousers too- e.g. in cold weather or horse riding, or perhaps in addition to a dress. The name is feminine but the attributes are largely masculine.

I'm not too sure if this will make the website yet but I think it's good to have a working list members can add to.
