The Independent published a review today. It can be found here. Thanks for pointing that out. I think I'm going to have to read it now, it will be interesting to see how he argues against the Llyn Cerrig Bach hoard, and Ynys Mon as being evidence of Druids activity.

Hutton makes a warning of 'pick and mix' in the future Druids chapter.
"Druidry has proved it self to have flexibility, and a relevance to human potential environmental concerns, that would seem to make a attractive choice. On the other, it must also be recognised that consumer choice is notoriously fickle, and that spiritual systems which are based on the free choice of members, and not supported by an established framework of financial support and training, are particularly vulnerable in a fast-changing world"
