Hello again,
I'm just wondering whether members are still interested in developing resources on Brythonic Polytheism as a group here or whether the period of development has come to an end and this forum and Brython are remaining as inspiration and to show people what has been achieved in the past (I notice today there have been 80 guests, so it's still pretty popular). I'm aware that most members have their own projects on the go now (Lee with Grey Mare on the Hill, Heron with 'The Path of the Awenydd) or are involved more with other groups (Potia, Red Raven, Heron and I with TDN). Has anyone made a decision on this?

Hiya Lorna,
Brython regularly goes through these quiet periods though this one has been quite long. Speaking for myself I am still interested in developing resources - hence the blog, Grey Mare stuff and the ongoing website which could do with some updates and new content.
Maybe we could have some discussion and see what people think and maybe put our heads together with a view to contributing something and putting plans together for a joint ritual of somesport for Calan Mai in the way we did or still do the triple toast.

The principles established through this forum still form the basis for my spiritual interactions and understandings. Realistically, the people mentioned, plus Chad from the US are probably the only ones still actively engaging at this minute in time.

I think we've had a period in the mists. It would be nice to see more happen again.

I wonder if setting up a Facebook Group focusing on Brythonic Polytheism that links to this forum and the Dun Brython site would generate some new interest?

If others are still up for developing resources etc. I've got a couple of articles on Belisama and Maponus that could be added, and a poem for Gwyn ap Nudd at Nos Galan Gaeaf to go with the Nos Galan Mai / May Eve one, although that might be better posted on the date.
I'd also be up for writing something on Personal Interactions to go with other members' pieces.

For Calan Mai I'm being led toward retelling the story of Gwyn, Gwythyr and Creiddylad *somewhere* in the Old North (location as yet unrevealed!) but am sure I could fit in a toast to who / whatever we're toasting. What do we toast by the way?

The great value of the Brython site is that it provides a specific focus on Brythonic Polytheism while also being pluralistic in its representation of different emphases from a range of people, some of whom are no longer active. So I think it should e maintained and added to on that basis.
Lorna, I'd definitely be in favour of putting on some more of your pieces which would be a valuable addition to the site.

What do we toast by the way? Sounds interesting! The basic toast is as follows: With my Tylwyth now I gather Hearts and minds across the land Brothers, sisters now together Share a toast with cup in hand With an addition to fit the seasonal festival as appropriate snd which we can agree in time for the festival.

We do have a private brython members section here (setup originally when the old brython forum was dormant) that could be of use: caerfeddwyd.proboards.com/board/15Brython members can PM me for password if forgotten

Thanks Dreamguardian, that's good to know if there's any need to have private conversation.
