My own experience of Rhiannon doesn't seem anything like how I have heard Morrighan described. From a scholarly point of view I think links between the two have been discounted but I don't quite understand why - is this correct? There are however parallels 'on paper'. Are we looking at completely different dieties? Or could Morrighan be an Irish perception of Rigantona?

I'm sorry I can't even reference where I was reading it as it was so long ago, but it was something I was thinking about again recently.

Sorita D'este? she has a Morrighan book... from what i gather she equates a LOT of figures and characters with the Morrighan

No, never read anything by Sorita, though I had the Hekate book on my wish list. Is she not awfully reliable? It could have come from a fairly unreliable source though, as I used to read fairly indiscriminately when I was younger. So the feeling I'm getting is that this is a load of balls then?
