I've just e-mailed them, will let you know. Did we get anywhere with this or have we been black-balled? RR

IIRC, Elaine is not the most familiar of people with computer technology and email, and needs help being shown how to sign up to forums and such-like... might be worth following up with a phone call or snail mail

I know somewhere else we could meet- but I'll have to wait 'till Arth isn't looking before I'd suggest it (given my moans when he suggested his place, which was even further away from me than Flag Fen)

I'm in the process of buying another 6 acres in the same woodland with some lovely old hornbeam coppice.

I'm in the process of buying another 6 acres in the same woodland with some lovely old hornbeam coppice. How's this going Arth? Has it gone through yet? Don't you hate the waiting until it's all definite! A grove of Ancient Hornbeam is where my son Dafydd's feet first touched the ground, and where we burried his placenta. I hope it might become a special place for him - but no doubt he'll want to escape his parent's weird dreams and become an accountant!

Seems to be going well, the mortgage bit is dragging. Hopefully have it sorted by the end of the month.
