I have failed to greet the many that have come here over the last few months as I should, my apologies, I have had distractions betides.
So now I shall...
I stand here, beneath the verdant oak, and extend my arms in warm embrace, to my brothers and sisters, to the spirits and the gods, as their love washes me clean, for a new day.
I stand here, above the rushing waters, as they carry my words, to those who would drink, of my little chalice, of precious wisdom.
I stand here, on the windswept crag, and extend my heart, that it might shelter, all who come to the Isles, with its spirit of love.
I stand here, that you may come, and whisper to me of, fragrant gardens, sheltered groves, mighty rivers, ancient books, and that I may then shout, my joy to the sky!
I stand here, with head bowed in gratitude, for your tales of wandering, of pilgrimage and of hope, for the fire in your heads, and the love in your hearts. For all this I will stand here, until the final sunset.
Feral blessings, Craig /|\

I was thinking the same thing too---I wish I were new! That's such a beautiful poem; thanks for sharing it. It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Hello Craig, I am a newbie, although I have been lurking for a little while. Yours are beautiful words. A few of my own, less poetic, to introduce myself. I'm on the wrong side of the country to be Welsh, but have been working with our native spirituality for some years now and following threads through experience and chance encounters. Odd how new opportunities for learning arise just when you need them. :-) I was led to you through a contact from Garanhir. Is there anybody here who has worked with this story who might be able to share its wisdom with me? Blessings, Crow

Feel free to start a thread and we will follow it through with you sharing what little wisdom we have garnered over the years. Bright blessings, Craig /|\
