The Romans have Fortuna, but is there a Brythonic/Celtic equivalent ?

I would have thought any deity of ferility could also be considered a goddess of fortune.
As I understand it, Fortuna was more a personification of luck (sometimes seem in an unlucky or capricious aspect) rather than what the modern concept of fortune might be. perhaps fortune should be further defined?
