I organise a polytheist performing arts event in Ipswich, this year on August 28th, and am looking for poets/storytellers/singers or other performers whose art is informed by their polytheism. If you are interested, have a look at www.freewebs.com/pookaspageant and let me know if you want to offer your services (or know a man/woman who can). In a similar vein, I'm also organising Suffolk's first (so far as I know) Eisteddfod, also in August. See www.suffolkskald.webs.com if you might want to compete. regards, Robin

The Pageant performers are now booked, and one of them will be doing the story of Blodeuwedd if any of you fancy coming along for that.
The contest on August 1st went very well, and was one by a Cambridge storyteller. Starting to plan next year's already!
regards, Robin

Probably talking to myself here, but...
The second Eisteddfod will be at West Stow on August 21st this year and the next Pageant at Oddfellows in Ipswich on August 27th. As previously, if anyone wishes to join the contest or offer their services for the Pageant, the web addresses are the same as in the last post.

I remember seeing the Pooka pageant last year but decided not to go in the end because of my little people tagging along, and had forgotten all about it. I haven't got anything to offer as a performer lol, but I'll try to come along this year

I'm having a stall there this year How old are your little ones Nellie? Mine's 11 and great with younger kids, so you could probably leave them with us for a bit if you needed to.

Draighean, I'll definitely try to come along and say hi! Good luck with the stall! I know how much work it is to get these things prepared.
