Hi folks, Not sure what to say in this introduction so it might be a bit rambling Some here will know me from other places, for those that don't I'm thirty-something, married, one son Rowan now at primary school and a second bump on the way. Vanora and I founded and still coordinate Caer Clud and we also run DruidCon. I started my Pagan path as a bit of an eclectic about 10 years ago now, after a year I decided Druidry was for me and joined OBOD. I completed the OBOD materials and for the last few years have been drawn more and more to re-con ideas. I'm still very much seeking and learning. I am most strongly drawn to things Scottish in terms of re-con but generally interested in learning more and developing further. Blessings Potia.

Thanks for the welcomes. Midori, if you have ever popped into any of the OBOD forums or TDN ones you may have come across me there or possibly in PF circles. I don't post a hige amout on any forum but I do pop up from time to time. Craig, I have missed you on TDN, I've been meaning to visit here for a while but only just made it. Hi LR, not that small a world when you know where to find people - it's just making the time to visit Blessings Potia.

Hi Potia,
My only regret about letting my TDN subscription lapse is the people I left behind, especially such as yourself.
Blessings,

I'm looking forward to getting to know folks here better.
I'm going to ask what might be a stupid question now. What do the titles Baedd, Carw and Eog mean? I think there's another I spotted while looking at things was it Cigfan?
The first looks as if it might be Bard and I am guessing they are all in Welsh but not knowing a word of that language I have no idea.
Blessings Potia.

No idea I'm afraid... It seems I'm some sort of Caribou and Broch's a good egg.

When in doubt find an online Welsh dictionary From the one I found it appears that Eog is a salmon, Carw is a stag or deer and Baedd is a boar. The other one I spotted was Cigfran and that is a Raven apparently. So now I know Blessings Potia.

Speaking as a university administrator that's not really something you want to know Blessings Potia.
