I have read over just about every word of material that has been put online by the members of Brython regarding the development of Brython, and I'm going to take some time and read over further and see if there is anything I can contribute some ideas to. This is not an attempt to be pushy, and I hope it isn't taken that way. I just want to help out. I looked over some things, especially interesting was an old link from Word Press. brython.wordpress.com/I saw the days of the week added. I was wondering if anyone has or had any ideas on giving Brythonic names to the months of the year as well? Also, are there any things that may need any further hashing out? I'd be glad to take time and do some research, and contribute some ideas. I've hashed out a lot of my personal practices. Obviously, it's never completely done, as it's a lifelong process. I'll be looking to contribute ideas in the near future. If you guys like my ideas, feel free to take them. If not, that's okay, too. I just figured I'd offer my hand.

Thanks for the offer Chad, but as you may be able to tell, this place is pretty quite at the minute. Things will get raised every now and again and I'm sure there will be discussions that arise so feel free to contribute as you see fit. As you may have noticed, you may get questioned if anything you contribute isn't that clear because we have always taken the approach of being somewhat forthright here. Don't feel that we are being negative, but we do tend to thrash things out here in a pretty robust fashion

I understand that. Everything anyone says is open for scrutiny. That is the way it's supposed to be. I wouldn't have it any other way.

What's more, it's the best way to learn. I've been corrected several times on this site. If something I'm alluding to is bollocks, I wouldn't want anyone to hesitate to say so. I just feel that attempting to contribute is the least I can do. If someone disagrees, or thinks I'm totally off my rocker, I want to know. I see that, as I alluded to the Days of the Week, that was posted on the link I brought up, the format that was used was the current Anglo Saxon/Roman format, adapted to a Brythonic standard. Which I don't think is a bad idea at all. Granted, if September to December were done for months, for example, that would be tricky, since those are just numeric. It wouldn't be very creative to just slap on Welsh or Brythonic numbers, especially since, when July and August were added, the numbers are off. I've just been reading and thinking about some of those things. I don't think it would hurt to open up such discussions, I don't see things being quiet for long that way. Of course, like I said, call me out if I'm off.
