Evening all!
Im Callum, from sunny York, U.K. I've been a pagan for going on a decade now, flitting around various paths for inspiration, but always returning to the Gods of my homeland. I'm particularly interested in Brigantia, as patron of the tribe (I'd like to imagine) my roots lay with (though as with all things, I'm sure the reality is all the more twisting and complex).
I'm an archaeologist by training, specialising in the post-Roman/Arthurian period (the answer to any question about which is "maybe"). I'm currently languishing in a museum of social history, really wishing I was languishing in the sister museum of ancient history, the one with the Totatis rings and the carved Belenos head and such.
I'm hoping to regularly take part in discussion here, exploring my own path alongside you fine folks!

Hello Calum, It's great to hear from you I'm also from the North - Preston. I loved York when I visited about 10 years ago, mainly doing the touristy stuff - castle, cathedral, ghost walks, such a rich history. I'd be interested to hear more about your relationship with Brigantia and also with your work in a social history museum. I've found Brigantia to be very interested in the lives of her northern people, not only in the ancient days but now, and in matters of heritage. So I'm wondering whether there's any link between your devotion to her and your work? If you'd like to share any writing about her, devotional material, or on your archaeological research we're always looking for new stuff both for the website and new blog.
